¿HOW LONG CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once the order has been approved please allow 1-5 business days for the order to be processed and then shipped. Please keep in mind that the time frame selected as shipping method during your checkout excludes any days necessary to process the order as explained above. Back orders, which come straight from Colombia, can take 3-4 weeks to be shipped. We only ship from Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, Saturday 8am-1PM ET .

¿HOW TO USE A DISCOUNT COUPON?

If you have a discount voucher, you must follow the purchase steps and when making the payment enter the code in the field that says "APPLY COUPON"; and automatically the amount established in the total value of the purchase will be discounted.

¿CAN I MAKE WHOLESALE PURCHASES?

Currently in Palaa we only sell retail. Thanks for your interest.
