Palaa Swimwear is committed to sell only first-quality, genuine designer fashion and accessories. To that end, all our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or alike item at no additional charge to you.

Care Instructions

Palaa Swimwear is constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed separately in cold water with very mild soap (we recommend specialty lingerie detergent) immediately after use. Lie flat separately or hang to dry.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Palaa Swimwear wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items because they are not quite right for you. For those times, here is what you can do. For a Return for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit, please send the item(s) back to us within 10 days of delivery date.

 

Orders returned for refund are subject to a $20 restocking fee. This restocking fee is one-time fee, which only applies on Return for Refund of all items in the order. Returns for Refund valued at $300 or more (i.e. the total value of all merchandise returned) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

MERCHANDISE RETURN


    Exceptions

    We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on item that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Item received in such condition will be returned to the client. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment, and forfeit all claims.

    In addition to above guidelines, all swimwear garments being returned must be in their original condition with all tags and sanitary protection labels in place.

    We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on the swimwear until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

    Individual return policies may apply on certain products; these will be outlined on product pages.

    Palaa swimwear holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from the item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

    Sale & clearance ítems

    Accessories and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

    International Orders

    Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the client.

    FREE SHIPPING

    All orders are eligible for free shipping within the U.S territory and Colombia territory. This policy is not valid for shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or international addresses. Additional charges may apply for express shipping.

    SHIPPING TIMES

    Once the order has been approved please allow 1-5 business days for the order to be processed and then shipped. Please keep in mind that the time frame selected as shipping method during your checkout excludes any days necessary to process the order as explained above. Back orders, which come straight from Colombia, can take 3-4 weeks to be shipped. We only ship from Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, Saturday 8am-1PM ET .

    PLEASE NOTE

    During holiday season or promo days such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, please allow 1-6 business days to process your order.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

    All addresses outside the United States are considered international destinations and will be subject to international shipping rates and timetables. International shipments take approximately 10-12 days to arrive. Duties and taxes issued in the destination country are responsibility of the recipient. Shipping charges are non-refundable if the package is refused by customer/customs or lost.

    DELIVERY SERVICES

    1. After the purchase has been made, the customer has the option to choose from different UPS & USPS delivery services such as standard shipping, or priority shipping. There might be a difference between shipping costs depending on the selected delivery service.

    2. UPS offers the option to add direct signature service. USPS does not charge for direct signature service. Direct signature allows anyone at the recipient address to sign for the package. If there is not someone to sign and receive the package, the delivery service will keep it and re-attempt delivery. Unless you have chosen the direct signature option, Palaa Swimwear is not responsible for your package once it leaves our warehouse. By choosing direct signature no delivery service will leave the package at the front door.

    TRACK MY ORDER

    A tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the purchase has been approved. The tracking number will allow the customer to track the status of the order. Customers can check the status of the order on the UPS or USPS webpage.
